Please check through your order carefully to ensure all details are correct - e.g. requested delivery dates and address, colours, materials, style specifications etc.

If you have requested bespoke changes to one of our designs, please be sure to check all changes are clearly noted at the time of ordering, as these can not be altered once the order is confirmed.

If ordered multiple items, these should be ordered in one transaction where possible. Slight variations in materials may occur if all items are not ordered and completed at the one time.

All jewellery is hand made, therefore slight variations may occur - this will not detract from the overall look or standard of work.

Please note that although we may every effort to ensure colours, textures and finished are well represented in our product images, some level of variation may occur. If you have specific requirements for any aspect of your jewellery design, including colour matching, please contact us before we begin making your order and we will happily send a sample for your approval.

What to do if you're not entirely satisfied with your order.
We want you to be delighted with your Rachel Scott Accessories purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, please contact us by email hello@rachelscottaccessories.co.uk or phone 0131 556 1520 as soon as you receive your goods so that we can discuss any issues and work with you to put it right.

Please note that as all our products are bespoke and made to order, a refund or exchange can only be offered where the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
